Not having a car, Cupar is accessible by train so it was perfect. The property is easy accessible from the main street but nicely tucked away...don't let being bedide a car park put you off, there's a lovely wee table and chairs in the private lane beside the front door ( South East facing so plenty of morning sunlight...yes, in Scotland!...the weekend I was there was glorious and just along the pathway is the hostesses beautiful garden which she is open for the guests to sit and enjoy...with the view of church spires all around. The house it'self is well appointed, as clean as a new pin and very comfortable, the sitting/dining/kitchen area has everything you could want for a vacation ( the sun streams in from South West late afternoon/ evening )
Could not fault a thing, everything has been thought of...just incase you forget anything! and there's plenty of tea/coffe making facilities including continental breakfast...would definitely recommend a stay here to explore the Kingdom of Fife...and Cupar it'self is a lovely little town...
