Nice, quiet location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. Great shower. Complementary tea and coffee was welcome. Spacious dining room. Nice to have breakfast in the conservatory. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and it was very good. Great choice on the evening and breakfast menus.

Excellent location, lovely views and very peaceful.
We had a warm welcome, we were shown to our room which was beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Food was excellent at dinner and breakfast.

Bar hollering and laughing was not pleasant.
Dinner was not great. Japanese sticky ribs were slices of marinaded pork in too much brine on top of overcooked soggy ramen with strange dark eggs floating. I had a reaction the next day.
The waitresses were not knowledgeable. The guy working the bar seemed to be the only one working.
