They were very pleasant ' but the place was not what I 'd expected .it badly needs a good clean lots of dust in the bedroom . plus every where really. paint work in a very bad way up the stairs. the place needs a good going over. And badly needs to be updated. Breakfast was fine.

The location was superb, being on the national trail that we were walking. The owner was very helpful and friendly - there was a problem with the TV in the room but when we mentioned it he immediately and kindly swapped it for another from his own accommodation next door.
