The grounds are fantastic. Our room in the towers was great.

The location was beautiful, hidden inside a park, the receptionist was very helpful, we were given a complimentary breakfast which was kind of them.

Checked in by Lorraine! Breath of fresh air! She was smiling and gave us a lot of information about the area too... She was very welcoming and set the tone for our amazing stay. All reception staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us! Our room was decorated impressively with a card, sweet treats, and rose petals on the bed❤️. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary, and that really made us really happy 😊 many thanks to Thomas Collins & your team! Outstanding! Breakfast was outstanding. We have stayed at over 30+ Hiltons before, and this hotel reminded us of the original Hiltons, not the Doubletrees, which are now hit or miss... The Seven Hills restaurant was amazing. Many thanks to the blonde young lady who did a lot for us... sorry I forgot your name! Our Room 223 was OUTSTANDING... the bed was huge, and it was immaculately clean. Well done, housekeeping team! I have dustmite allergies and slept well, indicating that the room was spotless. You have no idea how I appreciated this! Air-conditioning was also clean as I actually struggle to breathe if there is dust in there! The grounds are vast and are looked after immaculately, too. I took so many pictures and inspiration as we are redoing our garden! I noticed some guests walking their furry friends 🧡 On this occasion, we didn't manage to visit Livingwell, which is one of my favourites. We had too many activities booked in the area. However we are definitely coming back and bringing our boys too. Highly recommend Denbies Wine Estate for a day trip and Painshill Crystal Grotto. Room was big, bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing

Booked at the last minute after hurting my knee in a cycling event. Arrived late afternoon, with a very muddy bike and the staff were extremely helpful, making sure I could take my bike into my room so that I could leave early (as the secure bike shed would only be opened at 10am). The bed was very comfortable, and having a bath in the ensuite was very welcome after 100 miles of cycling! I had my evening meal in the pub, which was delicious, and all the staff were realy helpful.

We stayed in a beautiful dog friendly room in an annexe at this lovely pub. It had handy parking, friendly staff and delicious food for our evening meal and breakfast.

The receptionist who checked us in and out and the bar/restaurant staff, especially on the second day.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast.
