Great location - short walk from all the facilities of Brecon but nice and quiet as well for good nights sleep. Property is well equipped, clean, and a lot of thought has gone into it. Smart TV with all the usual apps (iPlayer etc. ; Amazon prime or Netflix - you’ll need your own logins for these two). Well equipped kitchen so easy to self cater. And was nice surprise to find coffee, a few milk portions, coffee and some biscuits and washing up items and cleaning items and some toiletries which were plenty for out overnight stay. Easy check in and self check out option.

Perfect location for the centre of Brecon. Everything was clean and appeared brand new! Bed was sumptuous! Breakfast was extremely generous. Paula was really friendly and clear about parking, breakfast, the honesty bar, etc.
