Staff were pleasant. We were upgraded to a suit although the room is in need of a little refurb. We had a jacuzzi in our room which was nice and a sea view.

Our room was super clean. Especially the bathroom which looked new.
The restaurant and pub was good value for money.
Had two meals at lunchtime for £10.95. Cheapest I think in Lytham.

Check in was fast and easy arrived early so completed paperwork and paid for the parking so I could park the car for the full stay cheap too at £7 per night.
Stayed in room 4 with the garden terrace the view wasn’t great as the back of the hotel but the room was great bed comfortable and the added bonus of the terrace to relax on too. Close to pleasure beach but a trek to bars but enjoyed the walk and taxi back. Also hairdryer iron and ironing board and toiletries nice added extra. Bar area is great too with sea view. Staff very polite too. Would definitely stay here again possibly 2 nights next time. No breakfast on offer but mc Donald’s is only a 2 min walk away.
