Beautiful setting. A lovely venue for dinner and then our event by the river was lovely. Well looked after by the staff. Although we walked having the car service is a very good idea. Excellent breakfast. Hopefully our school returns next year.
Boasting wonderful views across the Stour and Box river valleys, this privately owned inn is set on a hill in the picturesque village of Stoke-by-Nayland, on the Essex and Suffolk border.

The beautiful garden is the first thing that catches your eye. The property has such a welcoming vibe it's hard to describe but we all felt instantly at home, relaxed with a spot of luxury thrown in for 4 single mums needing a touch of somewhere special.
I'm deeply spiritual & the gorgeous energy instantly made us all feel good.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay at The Annexe.
My friend and I had a pleasant stay at The Annexe. Although we did not get to meet the host Michelle in person she was very welcoming via our messages and extremely accommodating. Everything was easy to find as a very descriptive and informative guide was left for us which made our stay so much easier. The Annexe was a lovely and quaint home from home and I would highly recommend it.
