A lovely room with excellent facilities. We were given such a warm welcome, even though we arrived for our evening meal on the last minute after a long drive there.
The food was wonderful, both the dinner in the evening and the breakfast.
We would love to return one day soon.

Close to all amenities loved it shame we had a family emergency so we left on the sunday never slept the second night hopefully we will visit again in the near future

My stay was comfortable and clean. the domestic staff went out of their way to do our room early as I had a wedding to attend., lovely ladies, went out of their way to assure everything was 'done'

Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was lovely, great size and clean/comfortable. Right in town but parking included. They make it clear they might have events on which could be noisy until 12 but I didn’t have any issues with noise - my room was quiet.

The location was fantastic for our needs - great dog walks on the doorstep. A good dining pub nearby that is extremely dog friendly. A golf club a short drive away as well as near to Worcester, Kidderminster and the motorway.
There are no facilities such as a shop in Pensax and the pub is only walking distance during daylight hours.
