For me the highlight was the kindness and attention to detail from the staff. From walking into the hotel and being met by the wonderful, helpful Joshua, to the service from every member of staff I met, I felt so well looked after. I chose to dine in the diner where I had the best burger and chips I've ever tasted. Having stayed at many hotels, the Aviator is the best by far.
