Nice pleasant place to stay with a handy little kitchenette which was great for the evening when I came back to the hotel. The staff were lovely and pleasant and the location is ideal - close to the green in Richmond, tube station, shops restaurants etc!

The staff was very friendly. The area around Hyde Park is quite nice. The hotel was in a not too crowded street, and it wasn't that loud in the night. It's also good to reach via a tube station nearby.
