This place is beautiful and the staff are AMAZING! The staff here saved my families minibreak. We turned up here, within minutes of making the booking and they were ready. We booked two double rooms and were hoping for adjoining rooms as we are a family of 4 with two young kids, aged 4 and 7. They didn't have adjoining rooms, so moved us to the executive suite and set up two extra beds for the kids so we could all be close. They bent over backwards to accommodate us last minute after the whole minibreak blew up unexpectedly. They even gave us complimentary drinks, knocked on in the morning as gave us extra Biscuits for our young kids and the bar staff helped us find suitable, quiet seating for our special needs daughter. It's beautiful, clean, and full of amazing staff. Couldn't recommend it more, will definitely be back for a planned stay. Special thanks to Mi Mi and Harj, you were amazing.

Good value for money, staff helpful and attentive from check in to checking out. Very comfortable nights' sleep! Breakfast did cost extra due to our booking but was great nonetheless, shows the benefits of being attached to a Marstons pub next door.
