Convenient location for what we were doing. It was nice to be able to get fresh milk for cups of tea in the room. The staff were pleasant, especially in the restaurant.

Despite being on 2nd floor of an ancient building the room was warm (but had air con should summer ever arrive), comfy, well equipped and stylish. Staff offered to assist us with our luggage. Restaurant was very good.
