The staff were all personable and helpful. The location was handy, just a short stroll to the centre. The outside garden was nice for drinks and eating.

The rooms were comfortable. We knew we wouldn’t get a full choice of breakfast on the Monday morning and the lady who not only served us but was also did the cooking did a good job but it was not ideal.

I liked the location and the bed was fantastic. Wellness slippers were included which was great, because of the carpet in the room.

Foxtrot Cottage was in a perfect position in the development … near to the restaurant where we could get our cappuccinos etc in the morning and near to all the pools and activities.
Well equipped with lovely bathrooms . Ideal for three generations including a 12 year old and 14 year old.
Wendy is an excellent communicator and replied instantly to all my questions beforehand and after we’d checked in.
She recommended the Waterside Inn to eat - literally a 5 minute drive away - we had a coeliac, vegetarian and fussy eater- we all thoroughly enjoyed it and not silly prices!
Cotswold Sculpture Park is less than a mile away- worth visiting .
All in all a lovely 3 nights .. Personally I wouldn’t go on a Bank Holiday again if I could go another time as the spa and pools were heaving but if you’ve small children you probably wouldn’t mind !

Fine if you’re looking for that sort of thing.
Fine if you’re looking for that sort of thing. The lakes are lovely and if you want water sports it’s great I’m sure. It’s a bit resorts and quite built up. You are definitely not in splendid isolation. I had hoped to see more birds on the lake. We went to the Potting Shed pub which was extremely good and very nice staff

Beautiful estate with great facilities: swimming pools, playgrounds, football pitches, trampoline, tennis. The area is great to relax and enjoy, with or without the kids. We loved the trail runs around the estate and enjoyed very mice meals at the estate restaurant.

Nice complex.
Nice complex. Not a lot going on as the restaurant was very small and unable to accommodate us all weekend, same with the SPA. Enquired on our first morning to be told they had no treatments available all weekend! Whats the point of having a spa when you cant even use it all weekend. We heard others complaint about this too.
Could do with another complex or eating/drinking location as found ourselves leaving to eat and drink! Shop is ridiculously overpriced. £2.50 for the smallest pot of mayo... insulting really.
