Just read my review and don't go!

Just read my review and don't go! Freezing throughout stay, despite talking with host, twice. Filthy. Bed linen awful. What looked like fly poo all over partial drawer liners. Largely absent host. Hazardous garden. Host's dog charged mine whenever they met. He was loose. Mine were on leads at all times. No relation to website photos.

As stated, warm and comfortable bed.

As stated, warm and comfortable bed. Got a nasty and pathetic response from Joe which you should read and digest. There are quite a number of poor reviews and Joe needs to take notice of these comments and address the issues! Booking .com should also take note of all the reviews and ask why there are a number of reviews that are so negative! An unannounced inspection would be worth doing! This is a business that Joe is running and he should behave in a business like manner and address any issues that customers raise.

It lived up to its name, cobwebs all over the room.

It lived up to its name, cobwebs all over the room. WIFI very poor. Bathroom on a lower level with low angled ceiling, kept bumping my head. Mirror over sink was that low you couldn't use it to shave. Toilet seat not secure, kept sliding about. toilet bowl brown at the bottom. Bed very uncomfortable had very little sleep over three nights.
