The location was what we wanted, though we were disappointed to find no shops or restaurants in the village. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The owners were pleasant.it was good to have use if lounge to sit and read.
With a peaceful, rural location, just 20 minutes from the historic university city of Oxford and just 10 minutes from Abingdon, the hotel is rich in original character and dates to the 19th Century.
