Huge thanks to the member of staff who tried to help us, after he drove past and realised we had a problem and long after we had had to go to the next door hotel and disturb the team there. I don't have a name, however he went well beyond the line of duty.

Our departure was very early morning but the staff provided a packed lunch for the next day. The staff were excellent and very friendly.
