The room was big and comfortable, with a full bathroom, bathtub, and everything. I am deeply grateful to Patricia, the receptionist, for her exceptional service. Her proactive and courteous responses to my queries and invaluable assistance in planning my trip made a difference in my stay. Another big shoutout to Gary and Caroline, who left the platter in my room and made the card, but not only that, I made sure I had a clean, safe space and made sure I had the most fantastic breakfast and dinner every day. Their attention and kindness will not be forgotten. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future.
