Very spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and ensuite bathroom. Good evening meal, excellent breakfast. Morning lady on duty very kind and professional, explained breakfast is not included in price of room as stated when I booked.

Not somewhere to stay unless you have to!!! Nothing to like about this hotel, the website shows a well designed and well equipped facility but the bedrooms were desperately in need of decorating, the windows were decaying and in the room was in need of painting throughout, the bathroom was cramped and grubby and you couldnt sit on the loo without hitting the loo paper holder. Not a facility you would wish to have a bath in! The food was vey mediocre and the staff pleasant but stressed from insufficient staff. They were so late at serving breakfast that ourselves and other guests had to leave without breakfast. The locality was similarly grubby and no parking nearby.

It was very conveniently located, was furnished to a very high standard, the bed amazing and so comfortable ( First time I had the best nights sleep other than in my own bed !!) the breakfast was very good - nothing was too much trouble and the owner (Annie) was very charming and friendly. Would highly recommend a stay there. We were only sorry that we were only there for the one night …

I like the house because it’s clean, cozy and there are so many details which make it very special. I like the table ware and beautiful garden and flowers in the property. The fire place is just perfect to spend cozy and relaxing evenings. Also the city is very beautiful and nice for walking. Two pubs just 5-10min by foot very good as well👌
