Really clean well looked after hotel

Booked for my missus birthday. Great value to start we just booked the normal room but they upgraded us to the suite which was incredible massive room great bed and pillow decent bathroom. Pool spa suana / steam all very good and clean and the hotubs tucked around the back which can be a bit difficult to get into at times but still great. Ordered a few things to the room which was delivered with speed and all the food was incredible Breakfast was also very tasty worth the money

Checked in by Lorraine! Breath of fresh air! She was smiling and gave us a lot of information about the area too... She was very welcoming and set the tone for our amazing stay. All reception staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us! Our room was decorated impressively with a card, sweet treats, and rose petals on the bed❤️. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary, and that really made us really happy 😊 many thanks to Thomas Collins & your team! Outstanding! Breakfast was outstanding. We have stayed at over 30+ Hiltons before, and this hotel reminded us of the original Hiltons, not the Doubletrees, which are now hit or miss... The Seven Hills restaurant was amazing. Many thanks to the blonde young lady who did a lot for us... sorry I forgot your name! Our Room 223 was OUTSTANDING... the bed was huge, and it was immaculately clean. Well done, housekeeping team! I have dustmite allergies and slept well, indicating that the room was spotless. You have no idea how I appreciated this! Air-conditioning was also clean as I actually struggle to breathe if there is dust in there! The grounds are vast and are looked after immaculately, too. I took so many pictures and inspiration as we are redoing our garden! I noticed some guests walking their furry friends 🧡 On this occasion, we didn't manage to visit Livingwell, which is one of my favourites. We had too many activities booked in the area. However we are definitely coming back and bringing our boys too. Highly recommend Denbies Wine Estate for a day trip and Painshill Crystal Grotto.
