I was booked in a room with a taped up window so no view. the reception girl was very helpful and she was able to give me another room.

The beakfast was amazing. We also had our evening meal there. Our compliments to the chef.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was great and quirky to say the least but very nice, bathroom was ok but not on the same level as the room itself.
Food was great and breakfast was plentiful.
Set in 3 acres of beautiful grounds, Cedars Inn features a conservatory restaurant and free parking. The inn is situated just outside Barnstable, a 20-minute drive from Exmoor National Park.

After a very long journey it was lovely to have a friendly and warm welcome.

Beautiful accommodation with really welcoming hosts. Spacious downstairs room with little attached private lounge area. Large wet room and small balcony with table and chairs. Hosts were very friendly and welcomed our dogs , even letting us play cards in the dining room which was also their lounge, while they watched tv and fussed the dogs. Brreakfast was excellent and plentiful. Would 100 % recommend .
