It was ideally located in the centre of Topsham. We liked the fact we had our own door room both clean and cosy.

The property was stunning! The staircase was gorgeous, with a lovely stained glass window. The lobby was also very beautiful with a nice ceiling.
The room sizes were great, with very comfy beds. The shower was unbelievable!

Our room was a typical hotel room adequate for our 2 night stay to visit the surrounding area. The restaurant and bar at the hotel were handy for dinner and drinks on both nights of our stay as the hotel is situated on the outskirts of Exeter. There were a wide variety of choices for the included breakfast. There were plenty of car parking spaces to park. Communication prior to our arrival was appreciated.
Ideally situated on The Esplanade, overlooking Exmouth's golden sandy beaches, Cavendish Hotel offers en suite accommodation, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Nice bed and shower. Breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful. Location right on the sea front.
Such a lovely little town on the quay. We walked from Darts farm to the RSPB, about 25mins, then on towards Topsham, so nice walking along the sea wall, lots of benches for a rest. Little Tea shop open on Bank Holiday serving takeaway teas, So could sit on quay and enjoy the peace. The number 57 bus drops you into the centre every half hour.

Very niche but enjoyable. Great atmosphere and very relaxed... Too understand is to visit. To not visit would be your loss. So much quaintness with exceptional relaxation. Always a must for any open minded person to enjoy a quintessential day or two in fabulous Topsham.

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely.
Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely. Rooms very clean and quiet. Food both breakfast and dinner were brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful even under pressure due to illness with other staff members. Road slightly busy but room was very quiet.
Hidden away at the end of the village, but a great location for accessing the Exe estuary cycle path and the Avocet rail line. Just a short walk along the cycle path to Topsham, and 90 minutes on foot to Exmouth and only 10 minutes walk from a really nice pub with a good restaurant.
Nice freshly cooked breakfasts, and the porridge was great.
Good to have a guests sitting room we could sit in with our friends staying in the room next door, and space each in the garden outside as well.
The property is really well located and within easy walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Topsham is well catered for when it comes to eating out. There are many nice walks that can be done from the property or within a short distance on the avocet trainline, so you don't even need to get in your car. The property itself is well kitted out - lovely big bright kitchen and cosy bedrooms.
The flat was fabulous with all the facilities you need. Topsham station not far with trains every 30 minutes to Exeter or Exmouth which are reasonable fares. Alight at the smaller stations at Exton or Lympstone Village for nice Exe estuary walks. Parking next door to Topsham station in Tappers Close, again with reasonable tariff.
Topsham was really lovely and very easy to visit Exeter and Exmouth via boat, train or bus. We were also able to hire bikes next door and cycle up and down the River Exe. It was handy to have cooking facilities in the apartment and the bed was really comfortable.
Breakfast was not applicable as this is a private home.
In terms of location it was only a 15 minute walk to a long stay car park, but there was plenty of parking for drop off and collection of luggage or free parking around the streets in Topsham after 6pm
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated our extra requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and they welcomed my friend who was living locally to join us.
Staff were wonderful, very helpful and amenable indeed. Great location for proximity to Westpoint Arena. bed nice and clean and comfortable. bathroom nice and clean. Good breakfast options.
Fantastic location for a short break or a holiday. The apartment was great and made our stay that much more pleasurable. Topsham is a brilliant town and has a lot going on for everyone.
Perfectly located for access to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh and Exeter plus other attractions.
Very clean and Tracey and Barry were extremely hospitable.
Easy access to M5
Fabulous location right in the heart of Topsham, so much to see and do. Local to everything. Bike hire so close as were pubs, shops and restaurants. Will definitely return.
The location was great for us to use as a base to explore the countryside. Excellent breakfast and evening meal was superb would recommend dining here.
