I turned up after midnight but the night porter knew i was coming and had pre-checked me in.

cute little hotel with a nice pub downstairs. Great customer service from the nice lady, very accommodating. The room was gorgeous, comfortable beds nice shower (not very strong water) very clean, loved the coffee facilities in room. Only thing is no TV in room would have added a nicer touch

We arrived after midnight to a helpful and friendly reception.
My stay was with my two sons 12 and 19 who loved the hotel vibe and location.
The suite was spacious, trendy, clean and provided extra room for my 19 year old to have his own space.
The balcony overlooking the start/finish line was very special for us as racing fans and I’m now number one mum.
Breakfast was plentiful, healthy served by excellent staff, polite, and nothing too much trouble.
Options for cook to order omelettes, porridge which was a great touch.
We loved sitting on the balcony outside the restaurant after breakfast with a drink to soak up the ambience.
Son went in the fitness centre, although small he said the choice of weights and equipment meant he had a great workout. Clean and tidy with towels.
Already looking at dates to go back soon and take my husband!

The accommodation is in a converted barn at the back of the house in the owners garden with private access. There are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a large living room and kitchen (shared). The host provides the most loveliest of breakfasts and pops in each day with fresh fruit and fresh pastries to ensure its all topped up. You prepare it yourself. Really nice walks right on the doorstep.
I really enjoyed my stay as I had the whole place to myself.

This is a beautiful, cosy 2-storied apartment. It is well equipped, and fresh, clean and like new. Everything was well organised and easy. It was excellent value for money. We had a delightful overnight stay.

The lady that greeted me was very nice and friendly. The room has everything you would need for a short stay. There is a village shop just a few metres up the road.
