Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished in a perfect location. The electric charging point and parking bays made it super easy to come and go and travel comfortably around surrounding area with a plug in at the end of day.

Great seaside town for lovers of fresh seafood, pubs, indie shops, stunning views of sea and coastal walks or cycling. Really close to Canterbury. Evening drinks and good watching sun set are a must/do - the Neptune pub full of character with amazing views.

Lovely little town with lots of independent shops and cafes. Harbour area was particularly pleasant although parking in this area was expensive. Plenty of town centre parking. We visited in April so the town was quite quiet but I imagine in the summer, it would be busy. The local people helpful and friendly.We liked the art deco styling of The Peter Cushing pub and the drinks were the cheapest in Whitstable. Fabulous independent shops and boutiques. Lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants, lots of choice. Everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend Nip and Cluck for Sunday lunch, it was the best I have EVER had! Beach/ harbour is so interesting and varied.

Whitstable is lovely although the hotel we stayed at isabove the Tankerton slopes that lead down to the beach at Tankerton. The beach is pebbles but clean. The town of whitstable is quaint with small independent shops. There is an excellent fish snd chip shop in the town Jones,although that is closing down soon. Plenty of lovely restaurants and coffee shops.mandyUnited Kingdom

They cannot do enough for you and treat you with kindness and as an individual. I think as it is a small hotel, that is part of the reason which makes it so personal. It is tucked down a small lane and has beautiful views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. Still only 10 minutes drive to Whitstable. Tankerton Beach is just in front of the Hotel, and it is within walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Whitstable. Room very comfy and I have a good sleep. Staff is friendly and helpful. More importantly, it is a true dog friendly hotel. They have prepared some dog treats for my dog in the room. Even the restaurant of the hotel is dog friendly, we can dine with my dog inside the restaurant!LokUnited Kingdom

The location at Tankerton meant a lovely long walk along the coast in to Herne Bay, a shorter walk into Whitstable, and a pub and a Hotel just a five minute walk both serving good food and local ales. All this meant that we didn’t use our car throughout our 2 night stay.

(For those complaining, at least you don't have to pay extra for parking!) The room was clean and bright, and in the best little location. You can hear the other guests, but not annoyingly so.
