The location is excellent for me, easy access to City and family. I like the industrial feel of the property, it’s open and accessible. The rooms may not have everything you want but they have everything you need. Friendly staff and considerate.
This splendid Georgian house sits in 7 acres of peaceful and picturesque gardens. Dating back to 1790, it offers individually designed rooms and traditional fine dining in its elegant restaurant.

We loved it from the moment we arrived. We were given a very friendly welcome and were able to enjoy afternoon tea in the lounge while our room was being prepared. The room was beautifully furnished and both dinner and breakfast were first class. We've already booked to stay again later in the year.

I was very impressed with the friendly smiling staff who were very helpful and professional. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the coffee facilities were exceptional. The location was perfect for Derby town centre and it was 10 minutes away from a festival my family and I were going to.
It is the first time I have ever stayed at the Ibis chain and must say it was great value for money. If you are looking for a clean room with shower/toilet with no frills, you can't go wrong. The only negative was I found the mattress very hard.

Great little hotel, spotless, freindly staff.
Great little hotel, spotless, freindly staff. Ideal for us to go to bloodstock festival.. Comfy beds and a good power shower. No kettle in the rooms but they provide free tea and coffee in the reception area. Can't fault anything about the hotel fantasic value.
Rooms are a really good size with very comfortable beds. Really comfortable stay, slept well and would recommend. Stayed during the week and it was all very quiet. There are a handful of pubs nearby for food and drinks in the evening and it's literally 2 mins walk from WIllington station.
The Cottage was very good and I had good parking for a motorbike, but at £130.00 with no breakfast It was poor value for money when I had booked equally good hotels in same trip with £120.00 breakfast Included its poor value for money.
The Cottage was a lovely property, ideally located in Willington. Opposite the train station, next door to the Dragon Inn and decorated to an outstanding level. The stay was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent.
such a lovely place, only 10 minutes walk away from Willington station, where there’s a few cute little breakfast spots and pubs. accommodation was spacious, clean and comfy! Hazel was so helpful and accommodating!
The location was in the village of Willington, adjacent to the Dragon Inn and a very short walk from the canal. The room in The Cottage was comfortable and quiet with good shower facilities.
Perfect place to stay for our short stay in Willington. Reasonably priced, comfortable and really easy to let ourselves in and out of the house and to park outside. No complaints at all.
