The staff were very friendly and check in was very efficient. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little small (room 2). We also had another room which was a lot larger. The beer in the bar downstairs was great too. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Lived in Flitwick years ago and always wanted to stay here. Didn't disappoint- lovely atmosphere and location. Friendly staff and good service. Historic background and even saw a deer in the adjacent church grounds.

Warm welcome, all staff are friendly. Easy parking.. Rooms are spacious, both our rooms were recently decorated. Location is very handy for Bletchley Park, where we were visiting. The food on offer in the evening was tasty and reasonably priced. Lots of screens for sports downstairs in the bar and we made use of the pool table.
Is on a busy junction but the double glazing does drown out most of the noise.
There's a convenience store very close by for those like me who always forget items of toiletries!!
Woughton House Hotel is a converted 19th-century manor house just 5 minutes’ drive from Milton Keynes city centre and set within 95 acres of parkland, offering scenic garden views.
Woburn is beautiful, the safari is amazing! The walking trails are beautiful! Green king takes advantage of this!! Road noise was horrendous 😱from around 4.30 am! The place was great but if I was to return if I couldn’t have a rear room I wouldn’t go!!

We stayed over to break the journey up from Newcastle to Kent. We went to Woburn safari park, it was amazing, drive around the safari as many times as you want up until an hour before the park closes, takes on average 1hr to 1:45 to do a circuit. Then there’s the walk safari which was ok. Nice leisurely walk. Would definitely visit here in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the lovely town of Woburn. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped for the money. The manager was delightful and helpful, and so were all the staff. I stayed for one night to meet some friends and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and friendly place to stay in Woburn.

They are not family friendly at all please don't sell this hotel as family friendly and also they are not speacial needs friendly at all they couldn't accommodate my autistic son which we then had to leave with family at home!
Breakfast is very small and very poorly cooked, they served the adults and the children had to wait 20mins after the adults for their food which the adults food was finished also there was not a lot of choice for children at breakfast leading me to think they would not like children to stay there.
Fire alarm went off at 6.20am with no staff checking on guest and not even a sorry (later found out it was staff error in the kitchen of not opening an extractor fan) we had frightened children in our room! Then when getting back to to sleep the cook started to play music full blast under our room at 7 20am which you could hear crystal clear in our room again with no sorry from staff.
No water for showers in my room lead us to have to use another room across a busy bar to get a shower and then return to our room to get ready which was laughable.

The safe in the room was locked by a previous guest and we were unable to open it. We reported it and the receptionists were very unhelpful and told us some safes in hotel not working and waiting for a locksmith. This meant we had to carry passports and jewellery with us constantly. Room was above the bar and was so noisy we could actually hear the conversations below!! The floor in the room was very uneven and on a slope. We would not consider this hotel to be a 4* rated hotel.
Havisham House in Woburn is a haven of exceptionally stylish comfort and we found the owner, Adam, to be a most kind and considerate host.
All of the facilities are of a high standard, and we especially appreciated the spotless cleanliness, extremely comfortable beds, and the many thoughtful touches provided. We stayed in ‘Dickens’, a lovely spacious room overlooking Adam’s beautiful leafy garden.
We have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this delightful Guest House to others.
A lovely hotel, in the centre of Woburn, big free car park. Clean and well maintained throughout. Nice bar, and restaurant
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast, fantastic shower and products .
We had dinner there extra to our deal which was delicious! The tuna special my husband had was amazing and the mussels were some of the best I’d ever had ! Staff friendly and helpful.
A beautiful olde Inn style hotel. Made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Given my room which was booked as a single. I was given room 4. It was ideal as a short stay. Excellent read on the history of the Inn. Quite fascinating going back through the ages to before 1066. Overall very impressed with the hotel and would certainly use this inn again. Breakfast was £9.99 on top.
This is a beautiful traditional Hotel with lovely decor. I love the outdoor area and gardens. The bedroom's were very clean with plenty of toiletries and towels. Bed was very comfortable with a lovely fluffy duvet and bed linen. Windows could be opened which to me is a huge bonus! Great location in the village and proximity to lovely walks within the Woburn Park.
Lovely property in Woburn full of character. Lots of care and attention paid to the facilities, with the stand out point being the fact it was sparking clean throughout. Adam (host) was really welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Will definitely return in the future at some point.
We had a wonderful stay at Havisham House with its beautiful rooms and garden. Adam is a kind and generous host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were particularly appreciative of his recommendations for restaurants and bars, and as a result we dined well in Woburn and look forward to returning.
Beautifully renovated property with first class attention to detail. Exceptionally high standard of hospitality and cleanliness. A plentiful breakfast to set us up for the day. Adam the host gave first class service; nothing was too much trouble. A very friendly and welcoming stay in the village of Woburn
Lovely hotel in a small village of Woburn , beautiful surroundings, pleasant people , lovely hotel with excellent service, tranquil settings , had a drive through the Woburn estate , fantastic scenery and surroundings, will definitely visit again if in the area .
Central Woburn location, parking down a narrow entrance way. Rooms are outside the main pub building, quite basic but comfortable. Owner/manager very friendly. Breakfast was ok, seemed to be a language problem with the waitress/cook. But ok for the money
Very convenient Hotel. Central Woburn with all its facilities.
Breakfast was very good and lovely scrambled egg for the baby. Very welcoming.
Our accommodation was perfect for our extended family altogether but separate. Will definitely stay again.
The hotel was in an excellent location to visit a number of interesting places. Leighton Buzzard railway. Magnificent Wrest Park and Ascott.
Would love to go back to The Woburn. A very friendly atmosphere. Very polite staff.
A family run hotel who made us feel very welcome - lovely breakfast - would recommend this coaching inn and Woburn which is a lovely picturesque village
Also car parking is good at the rear of the property through a narrow archway
Very pleasant welcome on arrival, comfortable single rooms for myself, my daughter and d-in-laws.
Ideal l9cation in a l9vely village near to Woburn Abbey and the Centre Parc Spa. Reasonable price with good breakfast.
Quiet, comfy room at the back of the hotel. Good shower. Breakfast was really tasty. Staff at the Bell were friendly and helpful. Woburn and surrounding area are very pretty and well worth exploring.
