The location is great if u wish for peaceful holidays - the bus station is near, also there is a very small market selling bread and some veggies 2 mins away on foot. The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you.
The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate.
All in all, good value for the money if u don't mind having a shared kitchen and bathroom.

the host was very sweet and welcoming, they were able to accommodate us very well and welcomed us with sweets. there were coffee free coffee and hot water, even though breakfast was not included in our room plan. The place is nice, great deal for the price, the beds were comfy and sheets were clean. If you are looking for a family-style hotel this is it.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, modern and super clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Also free parking, a nice swimming pool, a lovely restaurant and a quiet location.
We don't regret a second. Very much recommended. It is a treat!
Be careful of this host on all aspects.
He mentioned that he speaks 3 languages and literally he told me that he doesn’t speak English.
His friend guest in the place smoke everywhere and he doesn’t hold himself from doing gas in the hallway or in the kitche.
The cigarettes smell are everywhere.
I spent 2 months and 24 days and the host rejected to change my sheets or the bed set.
Keep an eye on them just to stay safe.

Great place on beautiful green hills with fantastic view to the mountains. Giorgi and his family are lovely. The house is basic but clean and has a nice vintage charme. I loved the historic architecture in that jungle-like environment. The breakfast was good and the home made wine they sold tatsted fruity and amazing. Definitely a recommendation!
