I loved the family feel to the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for all the visitors. I stayed for one month and would happily stay there again, I really didn't want to leave! Gogo, in reception, is very informative about the local area and the trips available. Milena in housekeeping was brilliant, always making my room sparkle, and Semina is a fantastic cook who looks after the breakfast catering, again superb. If you're looking for a family-friendly, super clean hotel, then I can definitely recommend this one.

My stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always smiling and ready to help with any request, which added to the positive experience. The breakfast was excellent, diverse, and abundant, with a selection that caters to all tastes. The quality of the food was high, and the service in the restaurant was quick and efficient. I especially liked that they offered fresh fruit and local specialties every day. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The daily room cleaning ensured a high standard of hygiene, and the towels were changed every two days, while the bed linen was changed every three days, adding a sense of freshness and comfort. The bed was comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hotel has plenty of parking space, which was very convenient, especially for those arriving by car. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation with top-notch service. I will definitely return on my next visit to this city.

My 25 days trip to Greece finished with my stay in Akasti. I loved every moment of staying there. I didn't expect luxurious room but found the hotel very comfortable, super friendly owners and what a great cook. Rooms cleaned everyday, I was lucky to have a nice balcony towards the sea and thanks to Raya, I could book several tours with hotel pick up form the hotel. I felt very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed there.

We looved this hotel. The location was good for going to the Kalamaki beach, just a couple of min walking distance. Also you can take the bus to go a bit farther beached like the Golden beach. I think these beached were the best ones in Crete. I don't like too much waves and the water here was very still. And the beach was all sand. I loved it. Also there are small markets around you can find anything you like. Oh and the breakfast was A M A Z I N G. What's even better was the view of the terrace you have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic base for exploring. Bus stops both ways 1 minute away every half hour. Had beautiful views from my balcony overlooking the sea. A few stairs to a large roof terrace again overlooking the sea. Friendly staff and cleaned everyday. Watch out for mosquitos. 9.5-10. xx

Location is via an incline off a small road. Apartment is quiet with a nice sea view. Car parking is free and we always found a spot. The 1 bedroom apartment has sufficient space. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit which works well. Hot water for shower etc is plentiful. Sheets/towels were given regularly. Exterior lighting is efficient. We did not use the pool however it looks fine. The apartment is well situated with restaurants and bus nearby. There is a great terrace outside the apartment.
