I have stayed in Casaprimavera two times before and wanted absolutely to come again. The room on the first floor is small and without a balcony or private terrace but spotless clean and has access to a functional outdoor kitchen. The owner is a lovely and warm person. Best place ever for us!

Lovely stay in a lovely place with a lovely host :-) Stamatia gave us good tips, helped us when needed and easily arranged a car rental for us. Room was perfectly cleaned everyday and we just felt at home ! Really cool bathroom.
The house itself is not right in the center of katapola, but easily accessible by walk.

The owners were super nice a polite. We were treated like family members. They gave us many tips for restaurants and beaches. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing! We will come back for sure!

Our hostess was brilliant. She told us all about amorgos with the map as reference and she really looked after us. The location was great easy to access the local restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Very friendly staff - welcoming and helpful. Amazing view from the balcony - worth the stay alone. WiFi was good - I worked with no problems. Comfy beds, good and quiet WiFi, parking right outside, basic kitchen facilities.

if you think Santorini is a bit busy and crowded then head to this island for a bit of the feel of how Greece was 30 years ago With excellent restaurants and secluded beaches ( but you are going to need to hire a car or motorbike although the distances you travel a short , from Katapola to far north 30 min and to the far south 30 min and some of the most spectacular drives you will experience anywhere

Katapola is very convenient because the port is there.
Katapola is very convenient because the port is there. It is recommended if you are going to rent a car, because there is easy access to Chora and the rest of the island. It is a quiet place and has a lot of Tavernas. "Mouragio" is recommended for fresh fish. The salad with Xinotiron is a must try in Amorgos. Xilokeratidi is a nice long walk from Katapola (maybe 15 minutes) , where one can enjoy the sunset. Enjoy your cocktails at "Fata Morgana" and an amazing pulled pork sandwich. "Yukali" on the other hand offers fresh mussels and seafood pasta topped with excellent service. If you like a long hike continue your walk from Xilokeratidi to Agia Paraskevi for the sunset. It is amazing.

Quieter than other big islands and still plenty of good...
Quieter than other big islands and still plenty of good restaurants, rental properties and cars available. An unexpected extra was live music in a garden setting just steps from our lodging on the hillside above the port. Recommend renting a car and seeing other parts of Amorgos as well. I have been to the island twice and would go again!

Katapola is quiet and charming with a good selection of restaurants around the picturesque harbour. We visited at the end of May when it wasn't busy and the island's landscape was greener and dotted with colourful wild flowers - an ideal time for walkers.StephenUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

Nice atmosphere at night, lots of bars and restaurants, and yet a quieter atmosphere compared to other busy Islands. I enjoyed having dinner at Youkali, in Katapola, and the stunning landscape of the island. Location is very well connected by bus with other places of the island, however, in the late afternoon you might need to take a taxi. Convenient as we arrived by boat from Naxos and wanted to drop off luggages, get a shower and go out to explore the island. Don’t miss the monastery with the view over the grand blue beach, the village of Chora and walking around in Aegiali. You can also do some hiking between traditional villages.

Konstantinos was very nice and helpful to arrange our transfers and recommend great spots around and the beautiful trek to reach the Monastery from the hotel. We enjoyed Amorgos a lot. The cute port of Katapola is pretty close to the hotel, we could walk easily to get there and they arranged our transfer to the hotel we we arrived. I higly recommend this place for your trip in Amorgos !leaFrance

The garden is perfect for taking your breakfast or relaxing at evening. Giorgos was an exceptional host, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for your vacations in Amorgos offering a true Cycladic experience. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos and all amenities were all we could ask for. Our room had a great balcony overlooking town and the harbor, and it appeared that all the rooms have this. Just a couple blocks walk down to the waterfront, the ferry dock, and the restaurants and shops of Katapola. Christos and Anna even hosted us and the other guests for a wonderful Easter meal on his patio with his family. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean while reading. The apartment is fairly peaceful. Most nights we had the windows open and had comfortable ocean breezes. There is even a laundry service located across the street which did a nice job on our laundry. We enjoyed the island of Amorgos.

The pension is located a bit up in the hill in Katapola which makes from a stunning view on the sea. Room was very clean and comfortable. Then there is Christos who was super welcoming and helpful.
