Very clean room with huge patio with partial sea view and mountain views. Staff were very friendly. Location was about 10 mins walk from the beach (the last few metres on an unpaved track) It was 5 minutes walk to the supermarket where i walked every morning at 8am to get fresh bread ! It was so peaceful having breakfast on the patio with great views all around. We were the only guests staying there (second week of May) and Kini was slowly waking up and preparing for summer. Go there later in the year if you want to see other tourists and have a choice of eateries as Nay was exceptionally quiet. I would certainly stay at Argo if ever in Kini in the future.

we loved staying at Kini Bay. it is situated a little above the town, so it's nice and quiet and you have a wonderful view at the Harbour. still, it's only a few minutes walk into town with its tavernas at the waterfront and a small mini market. also, Efi and her family are the nicest people, really friendly and helpful. we totally recommend! :)

We really enjoyed staying at this house as it is in such a perfect location just off the beach and the owner was very friendly. We loved being able to walk onto the beach, have a swim and then shower back at the house. When we weren't swimming, we spent most of our time either on the lovely terrace at the front of the house or up on the roof terrace. Everything was fine in the house and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations.
