What a beautiful place. Our room had a balcony that looked out to sea, the room was great with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Laurent welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is excellent and we had dinner there two nights in a row, the food is really good. We only stayed two nights but wish we'd stayed longer.

Mochlos a magical village right on the beach. Very cosy and convenient with shops and tavernas serving delicious fresh local food. It is bit remote, but it's a good thing in our eyes. Views to die for everywhere. Lots of ancient history on every corner. Mochlos is a good place to make your base camp. You can rent a car and travel around exploring nearby beautiful scenery, beaches, tavernas and history of Crete. We miss it already.

Small town with a lot of tourists mainly from France. In the town there is a mini-market and several concept shops. You can feel as being to far from urban noise, like a time travel back years ago (in positive sense).

Mochlos is a charming port with the ancient island of Mochlos very near. If you go to George's taverna he will take you there on his little boat for a small fee. Well worth the trip. There are a few restaurants, bars and boutique shops around a very small location.

It has not been destroyed by the tourism industry yet, I wonder how long. Nice little town right by the sea. There are rather small rocky beaches in Mochlos. Clean and warm water. Beaches without sunbeds or umbrellas but showers mostly. Excellent restaurants with local food and seafood by the beaches. The drink bars are also nice.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Excellent scenery, super hospitality and delicious varied food from a great choice of tavernas. Cafes and cocktail bars to while away an hour or two day or night. Mochlos is a beautiful village, it has one woodcraft shop, the guy makes amazing things from wood! One boutique with very unique clothes, and few taverns with the best food. Cooking like mama and fresh fish... yummy! It is perfect for relaxation and family vacations, and just great for romance. If you want a live place with lots of clubs etc., don’t choose this one. Just two bars with delicious cocktails.mariaGreece

We loved the restaurant Bogazi a lot and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful town a lot ! Julie is a very warm and welcoming person. The room is basic, but very clean and all you need is there. We loved having the room at the first floor , so we could enjoy a coffee on our terrace watching the sea. Grand merci Julie ! also for the welcoming Raki and fruit :-) We hope to be back !!

The amazing flowers growing up the side of the house was the nicest way to have a shade from the sun. The beach is sooo close as is the minimarket. It didn't matter that there's no breakfast as the tavernas are as close as a hotel restaurant and they are also great value for money.
