The property is not in Nea Kalikratia, this city is 10km! This is Kalikratia and the closest beach is in Sozopoli. The sea side at the front of the building is not suitable for swimming, full with stone and there is huge rock under the water for km long.

This was the first time I didn't have photos from my vacation. The city is poor, with only one street and a short promenade next to the beach. The beach is ok with lots of restaurants and deck chairs. The only good thing is the Sahara beach which is 10 minutes away by car. Sahara Beach is pure perfection and the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The Jukebox Café is the best with delicious food and sun loungers on the beach.

Small coastal town where you can find long sandy beaches, clean sea and air, a harbour, plenty of restaurants and shops - and all that only 45km south of Thessaloniki. Locals are friendly and the town is full of tourists from late spring to autumn, especially on weekends.

Worst place I have ever stay in on vacation, everything was old or not working properly. Dirty toilet seat, broken mini freezer, doesn’t even have a place to charge a phone. On destination there is large supermarket in Nea Kalikratia. The owners are amazing, very helpful, and regularly checked if we needed anything. There was a private parking below the building which was a big plus for us. The kitchen suppliances are new, there is a separate toilet and separate bathroom (spacious and new) and large balconies. The Wifi was good and the AC was working perfectly! I would highly recommend this apartment in N.Kalikratia whether for short or long stay!

The hotel is a walking distance from the beach, plenty of Greek restaurants. The rooms had a partial view of the sea and the mountains on the horizon, it’s soo breathtaking! And when it come to the breakfast we especially enjoyed the versatility of the meals. Not to mention the super friendly and professional staff. For its guests it offers complementary sun bends on the beach. Moreover, the hotel offers private parking that is secured with video surveillance. The hotel personnel is exceptionally polite and friendly, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The restaurant that is part of the hotel has excellent menu, especially if you are interested in sea food.

The food is very tasty, many options for dinner, the breakfast buffet is exceptional. This is our second stay at the hotel, and we'll be surely visiting again. We arrived earlier than expected, but we were able to let our baggage on the flat and go straight to the beach. :) The flat was very, very clean and with all the facilities. Also, it is located really close to the beach/ restaurants. It's also big enough for 6 adults and 2 children!!! Thank you so much Effie (our host) for everything, if we ever come back to Nea Kalikratia we will definitely stay on your wonderful flat again!

Espresso machine with stack of capsules was a nice gesture for espresso lovers like me. I am really impressed, also my entire family and will really look forward to visit this place again! The studio was clean and had everything we needeed, the location is perfect - near the beach, shops, restaurants, bakery, bus station. And most important - Ms Vasiliki is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. She is so kind and always going extra mile to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. If we decide to come to Nea Kallikratia again in the future, we will choose Artistic apartments for sure!
