We attended the Seaview Aparthotel in the second half of September 2023 for five nights. Stayed at a two bedroom apartment with a balcony and and a living room area. The apartament was situated on the second floor. We were a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog).
The apartment was gorgeuos - spacious, very cosy, extremely clean, equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Our balcony had a beautiful view towards the olive garden and the sea. The building is surrounded by an amazing olive garden and has a grass area with kids' playground. The parking space in and outside the property is plenty, the area around was not crowded. The beach is right across the street, which was very convenient as we could go back and forth as often as we wanted to. There is a huge sand beachline with a plenty of walking area. The water depth was great for all - it became gradually deep and allowed both kids and adults to enjoy independently. Across the street there was also a restaurant with reasonable prices and extremely delicious food. During the night we enjoyed the sound of the sea waves and the fauna of the surrounding area. The villages around Nea Potidea are pretty and easily accessible by car, so there are many options for sightseeing too.
Marion is an absolutuely fabulous host. She is kind, welcoming and responsive to all the guests' needs. She gave us great recommendations on family friendly things to do and places to visit, including restaurants, shops, playgrounds, etc. I can tell she poured her heart and soul in designing this place. There was not a single thing that she compromised with. Everything was stellar and well thought of. She made our stay even better.
I highly recommend Seaview Apart Hotel for your vacation, regardless of whether you are a couple, a family with kids or single.
We are definitely going back again next year. :)

The accommodation is very cozy and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. When we arrived we were welcomed with an ice cream and also at the check-pur we received a little something from the hosts. We would always book this accommodation again. In the surrounding area there are very nice beaches that can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Near Potidea is one of our go to places because of the beaches which are ideal for kids. We have our favourite beach club which is Mykonos and it is only a 45 minute drive from Thessaloniki. It is a small village. We cannot say it is worth staying for more than a few nights as there is not much to do in the evenings - few taverns, one little children playground with pinball machines. To few fun opportunities and a little bit expensive for little ways to have fun. But the town was easy to access it by feet in 40 minutes from the beach to the center. Not so many things to visit or restaurants to choose where to eat but you may find what you want. Is a quite town and easy to access it, not so far from Thessaloniki.

Town has nice sandy beach but the water is not clean as in the rest of Chalkidiki (there is grass in and it is somehow turbid). It is not overcrowded and it is suitable for those who like calm places to stay. I recommend it only as a base to sleep here and to drive to other beaches at Kassandra and Sithonia where water is better and cleaner and which are easy accessible from here.MilosSerbia - 10Scored 10

We didn't wish to travel far from Thessaloniki, so the town of Potidea was the ideal destination for us, as it is near the city and offers easy access to the rest of the Chalkidiki peninsula. The house is great, spacious with a great garden for kids to play. Cleanliness of the public areas, energy of the animation team working with kids, behavior and skill of all bartenders in the hotel. The air and silence in the evening, along with beautiful mornings at the beach and a magnificent sunset. We enjoyed our quite long stay, and recommend it for families with toddlers, whose goal is to relax and have their kids explore the safe and clean outside space.
