Well appointed and well serviced, clean accommodation. The beach is an easy walk away. You can drive to it and park with ease, although parking back in the town - or close to the apartments - can be a challenge of a weekend. Patience is required to to tour the one-way system every now and again.

Food everywhere, prices low, traditional, european, streetfood etc. Small town, everything is reachable by foot. Many small super markets in town, bigger ones at the town limits. I would prefer a hotel or room not directly in the town center, because of my age. But for younger people it is ideal!

Beautiful, peaceful seaside village with restaurants bar and small shops open. Hearing the sound of the sea from the balcony was so amazing. The room was great for a 2 night stay, hostess was welcoming warm and friendly & took great care of us during our stay. The room was stylish, clean and modern with just enough facilities for a short stay. Everything working perfectly well and the place felt calm and relaxing. Lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Not much public transport, but a fun train around town in the evening. A hilly area so not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you stay in the centre, the two closest beaches are a good 15-20 mins walk

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach just few min walking. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast that was delivered to my room every morning. It was delicious and varied, with fresh bread, cheese, eggs, fruits, coffee and more. The beach is in front of the hotel, there is also a beach bar and you can order drinks on the beach next to your chairs. The view from the main restaurant is nice, also the bars in the hotels are nice and they even had a saxophonist playing live in one evening. you can go by boat to Neos Marmara and also you can walk to Koch Beach that is nearby (a little bit pricey for the chairs but very nice place)

The centre of Neos Marmaras is only a minute walk from the house. Our room was cleaned every 2nd day, if not daily, since most of the day we were at the beach only to return to a clean bathroom and floors, along with fresh towels. Would recommend for anyone that wants to experience traditional house stay and vacation in Neos Marmaras.

The terrace is large and there is a parking lot right opposite the building and its location makes it convenient to visit the best beaches in Sithonia without having to drive through the narrow streets of Neos Marmaras.
