As we just wanted to had some calm days at the seaside, the hotel was perfect. The sandy beach was very nice, clear water (snorkeling possible), only few other people at the beach, the tavern next to the hotel (not belonging to the hotel), which can be accessed from the beach by stairs, provides good food, if you want to have something for lunch, and has a great view. The view from hotel is also great (from the pool and the sunbeds, but also from the rooms with sea view or the restaurant's terrace).
Next big point: The staff is very nice. They provide a familiar atmoshpere and we felt welcomed.
Breakfast and dinner (both buffet) were not extraordinary, but good and totally fitting for a smaller hotel like this.
If you want to do some hiking tours, see towns or historical sites, you should rent a car, as no POI are directly situated near the hotel. But for us it was a very nice and we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Very quiet. No one bothers you unless when being helpful to your requests. Absolute silence ...you can fully relax. There is a dining area .. you can see foid being cooked in the wood burning oven.

The staff were wonderful and did all they could to improve our stay at this overpriced, below average resort. The beach is also very nice and we liked that there were always sun beds available.
We were here to celebrate our honeymoon so were upgraded from a double room to a bungalow and were able to eat at the slightly nicer 5* buffet restaurant. Even here though, most food was only passable with only a few decent options. The local tavernas (within driving distance) served far superior food for a fraction of the cost. Sadly, despite the upgrades, which we were very grateful for, we wouldn’t return and would not recommend this place.
Within a 5-minute drive from the sandy beach of Agia Fotia, Studios Crete are in the village of Ferma.

Simply perfect!
I spent here 2 weeks. I booked the apartment with dining-living room and separate bedroom and it was the best choice ever.
A big apartment with all the things you need.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a brand new big fridge-freezer.
All the necessary utensils: electric kettle, toast grill, filter coffee machine, small oven and hubs, all the pots and pans you might need.
Clean and excellent service, towels and bedsheets changed regularly.
The location is amazing, 5 mins from Ferma and from Agia Fotia. The road is with asfalt and there is a private parking place for your car.
Thanks a lot to Manos, the owner, who really cares about his guests.
