Bogor is a nice break from the rigours of Jakarta.
Bogor is a nice break from the rigours of Jakarta. If you want to meet some 'real' Indonesia people Bogor is a great example. We stayed in a resort style complex but walked each day into the villages or streets. Such a friendly greeting from the locals. Often cautious at first but once we wave and smile. the locals (without exception) welcomed us warmly.West - 8.0Scored 8.0
Very nice place to visit.
Very nice place to visit. Entire region trys to implement green zone fundamentals. Beautiful botanical gardens with walking trails biking trails and picnic grounds. Hotel was nice prople were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and shower pressure quite good for indonesia. Botani mall in walking distance has everything you need. Parking is little tight but garage available. Recommend just using grab for everything.

Nice city to explore for a day or two. Mountains, volcanoes, waterfalls and jungle are spread out around Bogor and are worth exploring. Lemongrass is a very nice restaurant and the cafe in the botanical garden is also worth a visit.

The room was spacious and really clean and well maintained! Great shower (with warm water) and a good water pressure. Also enough space for your clothes in the wardrobe in addition to the drawers with the dressing table. The staff were all very helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again next time when we visit Bogor.
