Amazing staff letting me in even after check-in hours. Big comfortable bed and great kitchen facilities. The b&b was right next to the pub but it was very nice and quiet!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony over the river Slaney was gorgeous and the food in both the Dry Dock bar and Reeds restaurant was excellent. There were Egrets, Herons, Whimbrels, Chiffchaffs, Robins, Wood Pigeons, Corvids, Tits and Martins on the water, in the air and on the grounds of the hotel. It was a gorgeous location really peaceful.
