Everything was perfect from the property to the room and building. The breakfast was exceptional and so filling we couldn't get off the table. Mary's scones are second to none. Both Frank and Mary are amazing hosts. The room is stunning, and the bathroom is amazing with both shower and bath you can use to your liking.
I highly recommend this spot and will definitely tell all friends to stay there when visiting Kilkenny. Its also not far from the city and nicely located close to Jenkinstown and Dunmore Cave.

The owner was so lovely and so accommodating , she went out of her way to ensure my stay was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed in a hotel or b&b that I have ever slept in. The rooms were clean and cosy.

It was convienient and I knew they had some renovations but charging same as fully renovated 2 places virtually next door that also had breakfast included and ours wasn’t! My memory of the booking was not as indicated.
