The B&B is most certainly the best one we’ve ever stayed in, it was better than a 5* hotel! The room was just beautiful it had French doors going out to the garden, we were given a glass of bubbly each on arrival and when we returned from our meal out the bed was turned down with chocolates and there was a night cap for us both with a lovely note saying have a good night sleep!! Our breakfast was amazing and we were even given biscuits and cakes for our journey!!

The location is absolutely amazing. The spa incredible. The hotel, while well maintained just felt dated in its approach. The live music could have been much better. Perhaps even Irish!

Cosy ‘living’ pod with underfloor heating and some cooking facilities (microwave, air fryer, single electric stovetop ring - no oven). The bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance to the town/harbour and castletownbere is a good base for this area.
