Wonderful amenities and special touches. Sea view from standard sea view king was spectacular. Breakfast superb. Quiet and beautiful.

Breakfast was adequate and the facility was not modernized. Advertised as a bed and breakfast but breakfast was continental, not an Irish breakfast. Reviews claimed to be a good family B&B but my family was separated as the facility had rooms across the street from each other.

This was a quiet place to relax in Spanish Point. The room was exceptional - the beds were large, the room was large and spacious. The restaurant was perfect for dinner and the breakfast the next day was delicious and plentiful.
