Due to exceptional circumstances (on the provider's side), we only learned late in the evening that we could not use the overnight stay. But the owner found a solution in a nearby hotel, all at their expense, she even added breakfast. Staying at the Square Townhouse is very straightforward: the host texted me beforehand to give me a contact number and check when I was arriving. He was there to meet me when I reached the place, gave me keys for 24hr access, and gave good advice as to where to have dinner. The room was spotless, beds and ensuite bathroom fine, and shared areas (lounge and kitchen) in good order. If you just want somewhere to stay in the middle of Fermoy, it's perfect. The night I was there was perfectly quiet. One of the calmest places I've ever been!
