Pathetic service given by the owner of the property and staff.
We have already paid the total amount in full . We reached there at night . But the owner of the property refused to take the booking . saying they don't have any agreement with booking.com / Oyo rooms .
They didn't permit us to enter our rooms . And asked for cancelling it .
Such a pathetic service given by booking.com and santhi Krishna hotel .
