This is one of the best homestay ever. cozy and warm❤️ most comfortable & beautiful homestay. Rooms are big and clean. kitchen & balcony are possibly used. Big bathroom and clean. Delicious Indian style breakfast. I recommend staying in this homestay with a couple and family.

The location and the ambience was amazing

Beautiful surrounding areas and view of the valley. If you want to feel close to nature and in a remote area then this is the place. Room is comfortable and nicely decorated as well as really clean. Good food is available for breakfast and dinner

Free camp fire for each, staff behaviour was awesome.

Very friendly staff who accommodated all our requests. They had attention to detail like cleanly making the bed even for the extra beds. They reheated tea before serving when we were late then initially communicated time

Absolutely delighted with our recent stay at Pleasant Hill Resort nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Munnar. From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and a commitment to excellence that truly impressed us. What truly stood out was the thoughtful gesture by the hotel staff in arranging a surprise birthday celebration for my son's tenth birthday. It was heartwarming to see their genuine enthusiasm in making his day extra special. From decorating the restaurant with balloons and streamers to preparing a delectable cake, they left no stone unturned in creating beautiful memories for us, and the best part was that there was no additional charge for this gesture. The accommodation itself was nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and tea plantations. Every amenity was provided for, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The serene ambiance of the hotel, coupled with the warmth and hospitality of the staff, made our stay truly unforgettable. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service that exceeded all our expectations. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The views!!! Wow! Worth coming here for the sunset alone (if it’s cloudy it’s not as good so you could be disappointed but when it’s a clear day it’s incredible). The room is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant food is nice! I saw some reviews saying it’s bland - maybe it’s just because I’m English but I thought it was all delicious! They do chai on one of the sun decks in the early evening which is lovely. The pool is stunning! Also saw some reviews saying it’s not chlorinated so maybe not that clean - it doesn’t smell chlorinated so guessing it’s not but it didn’t seem at all unclean and I saw the lads cleaning it constantly. It’s certainly not a pool you would be splashing about in and going underwater in because it’s a posing and relaxing pool so the chlorination didn’t bother me at all.
