If you want to be surrounded by lush greens and stay away from the busyness of Munnar, this place is your hidden gem. It’s perfectly nested right below a gorgeous sunset point, which can be reached by a 4x4 or you can go for a hike. It is very steep and can be slippery coming down so just be extra careful. Truly one of the best sunsets of my life.
The host and staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I extended my stay twice and ended up spending 4 wonderful nights here.
They offer a great full day tour of Munnar, which covers all the main attractions and ends with a spectacular view at Top Station. Definitely pay the extra 25 rupees to reach the final viewpoint. It’s priceless.

Absolutely beautiful home in the middle of a cardamom plantation. Stunning. We used this house to decompress and catch up on work after being in North India for a few weeks. It was a perfect place to relax.

Additionally, the friendly and welcoming attitude of staff members contributed significantly to making my stay warm and comfortable.
There was great emphasis on cleanliness at the property. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hostel. The attention to cleanliness certainly added to the overall positive impression of the hostel.
While there were many highlights, a couple of areas could benefit from some attention. The food at the hostel was absolutely delicious, but I couldn't help but feel that the prices were a bit on the higher side. A slight reduction in prices would make the dining experience more budget-friendly for travellers
Rooms were super clean and so were the washrooms. Big cafe area and common area are big enough to accommodate atleast 70+ guests.
Overall, the stay was par excellence and recommended.
It was a relaxing and calm stay... Good ambience, away from the hassles & buzzles, peaceful, and with a beautiful scenic view.
The staff / care taker ( Arun ) was really a good and cooperative host. Even the owner of the property - Mr. Vinod was a very nice gentle person He was responsive at any hour of time & quick .
