However, Janat, the woman at reception is one of the best front of house staff I have met in India - it comes naturally to her to help guests have the best stay possible. She is an asset to this hotel and without her my stay would have not been so good. The rooms are big and spacious. The balconies are a nice addition. Pool was nice when free. As I didn’t make the most of the free breakfast I was offered dinner one night which they organised from outside and it was really good.

Amazing villa with 3 bedrooms done up very tastefully and well stocked bars in all the rooms. Housekeeping was spot on and linens were changed everyday.The villa is very well located, close to Assagao and 20 minutes from Morjim beach. We had a wonderful stay at the villa and look forward to staying here again.

Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.
