Salvatore was completely attentive and so helpful and friendly. We were made to feel very much at home. There were so many personal touches. We had delicious breakfasts, thank you Salvatore. Nothing was too much trouble. We learnt a lot of social history, and appreciated days gone by in such a household and also about the family history of wine making and olive oil production.
The pool was a treat, an oasis of peace and calm.
We will have lasting memories, and, I hope, the possibility of seeing you and your family in England one day. Thank you Salvatore. (Apologies again for the flood!)

really nice people we felt really welcome and also with the dogs no problem. They helps us immediately when we had any problems. I can highly recommend this place. Clean room and food breakfast as well :)
Alezio is just a small town. There isn't really anything special about it. People come here to sleep so they can go to the beaches near Gallipoli. We visited family friends. That's why we were in Alezio.

It's the nearby town there is nothing special about it other than Tenuta Monticelli is nearby and certainly better that being in Gallipoli which is just another tourist trap that is still a little messy.
We loved where the house is situated so close to supermarket and the coffee bar. Walking distance. They provided all the necessary items in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a great outdoor setting. I will be letting my friends in Western Australia know all about how great a place to stay if they go to Gallipoli. We met the owners father, lovely man. He invited us out for coffee and then the next day dropped off some cakes for breakfast. It’s was the best place we stayed while we were in Puglia.
This was a lovely place to stay. The farm was much larger than we expected, but that meant it was quiet and peaceful. The photos and descriptions don't do it justice. There's a terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, a hot tub, a simple but delicious continental breakfast, and it's close to the villages and beaches of Puglia. Our hosts even provided a free bottle of their excellent olive oil, which we happily used during our stay. Loved it, and would gladly return!
We really loved the pool/outside area - as it's rather on the countryside, it was quiet and relaxing! Be aware that you will need a car to get around as it is a bit outside of Gallipoli (ca. 10 min car ride).
The hosts were super friendly and the typical Italian breakfast was good as well.
We would definitely stay here again.
everything is perfect! the accommodation is perfect for a couple and 1 or 2 children. the property is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. The owner is very attentive
Perfect location to visit Gallipoli, the beaches of Baia Verde and padula Biance. favorite for Santa Maria Al bagno
My friends and I stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. Super beautiful place, we loved the patio where you could go for breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, the landlord was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely the best place to stay in Alezio!
Nice rooms in spacious villa. Everything was clean and proper. Location great for Gallipoli and the beaches in Salento. Gated parking on site. Generous Italian breakfast with home made pastry in the mornings.
A good secluded place away from noise. We stopped here for a few days and then travelled around Puglia in our car to enjoy the beaches. The owner is nice, and also provided us free breakfast at a nearby café.
Perfect in every way. You feel very welcome and the host do their best to make your stay pleasant. They are very hospitable.
The breakfast is one of the best we had in Puglia.
