I'll start with the overall appearance of the house - it's an authentic Italian village house, very old and very well preserved and renovated.
I loved the interior, it gave such a cozy warm feeling. The view of the mountans and the lakes in the morning was just breathtaking. The place is absolutely amazing. The host was also great. I strongly recommend.

Location for this hotel is amazing - right across from the lake. We had a wonderful terrace facing the lake. There are restaurants around that are quite good / reasonable, within walking distance. One must take time to visit Villa Carlotta (botanical gardens) - a short 10 minute walk from the hotel - come early May for the flowers.
Villa Edy is set in a quiet spot of Tremezzo, less than 5 minutes' walk from the western shores of Lake Como. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and a panoramic porch where breakfast is served.

The facilities are being very well kept, spacious rooms and parking area. Most members of staff were fantastic, very responsive, always with a smile in their face. They did not charge 16 eur for what was a very poor meal, meant to be regional and, in Italy, fresh.
Breakfast had a reasonable choice, considering the size of the hotel, bread was soft/long life but seemed fresh.
The eating area was pleasant, nice music.
