It was a very short walk from the train station which was really convenient for making the most out of our trip. We had the most amazing view of the lake and mountains from the superior double lake view room. We still can not get over it! Very old Italian decor throughout the hotel. We highly recommend the breakfast, it was delicious! An array of croissants and continental foods to choose from with eggs and pancakes to freshly order. It was so useful having the ferry port right opposite as we were able to buy our ferry tickets first thing without queuing. We could hear the ferry announcements from our room but it did not disturb us when the doors were shut. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist and look after our luggage on our last day.

Wonderful views from the room, restaurant, breakfast table.
The room was not big, but everything you need was there. All the windows had mountain views, just mesmerizing. Breakfast scrambled eggs very tasty. A big cup of coffee and freshly squeezed carrot juice. What more could you want from a vacation.
