We had a very pleasant time at Locanda Montelippo, its at very reasonable distance from the beaches of Pesaro and Fano and the hilltop towns of Urbino/Urbania. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the staff are very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Most importantly, you should come to Locanda Montelippo for the restaurant, chef Andrea and his sister Alice will treat you very well at dinner, the menu is fantastic, the cooking is top notch, and wine list will give you a very good introduction to the wines of Marche. The highlight of the menu is the beef (tartare or grilled). Finally, one has to appreciate the efforts of the whole family (chef Andrea / Alice / and their parents) who are all working in the Locanda, its an example of the efforts and hard work it takes to run a small place in this way such that you are able to leave your guests (and their taste buds) with long lasting memories. Definitely recommended over any 3-star hotel.

It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home.
