This was a last minute booking due to attending an event nearby in Imola. The room was very clean and typical of hotels in the Italian countryside. Clean sheets and towels. Very traditional. View was lovely not that we stayed to enjoy it long.

Location is excellent, walking distance from Dozza e very quite with a nice view on the countryside. The house has been fully renovated, good size rooms, clean and tidy. Host was very kind and picked me up when I had problem getting a taxi.

The apartment was excellent - spacious, super clean and in a great location for exploring the area. Easy parking too. Breakfast was brilliant. The owners. He was the chef, his wife was front of house. The food was lovely and the staff really looked after you. His wife spoke good English as did a couple of the waitresses, and they let our large dog eat with us in the restaurant
