Good stop over on our rail trip, location near to railway station. Although, hotel has plenty of parking. Facilities were fine, breakfast was good. In an urban area but not many restaurants around. Fair walk to the seafront, which was not very impressive.

The quality of the structure, the helpful staff, the easy parking and the super comfortable beds. we were on our way to Sicily, this was a great place to stay. The wonderful chef spoke perfect English. in addition to preparing a great breakfast he gave us helpful advice on how to get to the ferry and how to buy the tickets.

Location was terrible as it wasn’t near anything- the plus was it was right off the highway and we were using it as quick stopover on the way to Sicily. Would have rather gone out of our way a bit for a proper hotel stay.
